A prolific Fanzone contributor and, more importantly, a lifelong Huskies fan, Chris embodies the UConn spirit. He’s a community leader and, dare we say, inspiration? We recently sat down with him to get the scoop on his fandom.

What classifies you as a UConn Super Fan? 

Been a UConn Huskies fan for 35 years now. From Cliff Robinson and the ‘88 NIT team to Dan Hurley’s back to back titles. Season ticket holder and keeper of the Namesake.

What's your favorite moment as a fan? 

77-74.

What's the best game you've ever attended for your team?

2022 Villanova when the students rushed the court at the XL Center.

What's the craziest thing you've ever done as a fan?

Hot Sauce Challenge.

What's the most memorable fan item you've ever spent money on?

I’m the fan who inspired the recent 1990s era Jonathan Windbreaker from Athletes Thread by posting throwback video highlights of Ray Allen wearing them.
