Effective as of April 19, 2024

To enter and participate in this Promotion, you must agree to and abide by these Official Rules.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU MUST HAVE INTERNET ACCESS, AN AUTOGRAPH: FANDOM REWARDED MOBILE APP ACCOUNT AND AN ACTIVE E-MAIL ACCOUNT TO PARTICIPATE.

1. Eligibility: The “Wolverines Unite Sweepstakes'' (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence [generally, 18], whichever is older) and who have an Autograph: Fandom Rewarded mobile app account (at time of entry), active e-mail account and Internet access, as of April 18, 2024. Employees, officers and directors of LFG NFTs, Corp. (“Autograph” or “Sponsor”), Autograph Promotion Partners, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, related and affiliated companies, prize suppliers and the immediate family and household members of all such foregoing individuals, are not eligible to enter or win. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not. Potential winners will be required to provide proof of eligibility prior to prize award.

2. Promotion Schedule: The Promotion begins at 12:30:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 19, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 31, 2024 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for the Promotion.

3. Promotion Structure: The Promotion consists of a Random Drawing Sweepstakes. You must be a registered Autograph: Fandom Rewarded mobile application member (“Member”) to participate in the Promotion. If you are not a Member, you may become a Member for free by visiting https://ag.fan/ (“Website”), scanning the QR code and providing the requested information in the registration process.
   
   During the registration process, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional and reminder e-mails from Sponsor. Consenting to receive promotional and/or reminder e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed upon in order to be eligible to participate in the Promotion and does not improve your chances of winning the prize. In the event you do consent to receive these e-mails, the use of such e-mails shall be subject to the privacy policy of Sponsor (https://ag.fan/privacy), and you may opt out of receiving these e-mails at any time.

4. How To Enter: Download the Autograph: Fandom Rewarded mobile app and sign up for an account using the access code “UNITE”. Once your account is established, join the University of Michigan team community. Once you complete your account sign up, you will receive one (1) entry in the Random Drawing Sweepstakes. Each Autograph: Fandom Rewarded mobile app user may only have one account. See the Terms of Use for more information.

5. ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS ON ENTRY: If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond Sponsor’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. In such an event, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the Promotion and award the prizes in a manner determined by Sponsor to be fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of the Promotion will be posted on Website and/or App. Without limitation of any other term herein, Sponsor is not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, technical failures of any kind (including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software), any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry/referral to be received/recorded on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation in this Promotion.
   
   Entrants further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Promotion and/or prevent others from participating in the Promotion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE OR WEBSITE, TO SEEK TO DEFRAUD SPONSOR IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PROMOTION, OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION VIOLATES CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT (IF APPLICABLE), TERMINATE HIS/HER ACCOUNT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. TAMPERING EXPRESSLY INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO ANY ATTEMPT TO OBTAIN ENTRIES IN VIOLATION OF THE TERMS OF USE.

6. Determination of Winner: Potential prize winner will be selected via random drawing, on or about August 5, 2024 from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor and all decisions are final and binding in all respects related to the Random Drawing Sweepstakes. Odds of winning the Prize in the Random Drawing Sweepstakes depends on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

7. Winner Notification: Potential prize winners will be contacted by e-mail and push notification (if enabled) from Sponsor on or about August 5, 2024. Potential prize winner may need to sign and return within the specified time period, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Indemnification, and a Publicity Release where allowed by law ("Winner Documents"). If a potential prize winner does not respond to e-mail contact or if Winner Documents are not returned to Sponsor within the specified time period, potential prize winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected via the Random Drawing Sweepstakes, time permitting.

8. Prizes/Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):
   
   Random Drawing Sweepstakes Prize (1): Two (2) tickets to the Texas at Michigan season opener in Ann Arbor on September 7, 2024 (the “Game”) (ARV: $1000); two (2) tickets to the Wangler/Valiant Tailgate prior to the Game (ARV: $100); dinner for two (2) at The Chop House (ARV: $300); $1000 travel and lodging voucher (ARV: $1000). Total ARV: $2,400.
   
   Actual final value of Prizes may be higher or lower based on various factors.
   
   Trip Restrictions:
   
   Winner must be available to attend the Game on September 7, 2024; if Winner is not able to do so for any reason, prize will be forfeited in its entirety without liability of any kind and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. TICKETS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RESALE. Trip is subject to availability and other restrictions.
   
   Gratuities, incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses relative to acceptance/use of Prize not specified herein are not included and are solely the Winner's responsibility. The preceding includes but is not limited to travel to and from Ann Arbor, souvenirs and any food/beverages other than those provided as part of Prize. All necessary travel documents are solely the responsibility of Winner and guest(s).
   
   Guest(s) of Winner must complete, sign and return a Liability Release and Publicity Release (where lawful) prior to issuance of the Prize. If Guest is a minor, the Release must be signed by their parent or legal guardian on their behalf who must accompany the minor on the trip.
   
   TICKETS TO GAME ARE GOVERNED BY A REVOCABLE, NON TRANSFERABLE LICENSE, INCLUDING PROHIBITION ON SALE/RE-SALE, EXCHANGE, TRANSFER, ASSIGNMENT, AUCTION, BARTER, DONATION, PLACEMENT INTO COMMERCE OR OTHER FORM OF CONVEYANCE.
   
   Winner and guest must act in an appropriate and well-behaved manner at all times, including but not limited to during attendance at the Game. Without limitation, the preceding includes abiding by all conduct, health and safety requirements of the arena (e.g., bag policy, security screening, list of prohibited items). If Sponsor determines that Winner and/or guest have acted in a disorderly or otherwise violative manner, trip will be terminated without liability to Sponsor.
   
   If Random Drawing Sweepstakes Prize Winner travels without a guest, Winner will receive the Prize in increments appropriate for Winner, and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded.
   
   No substitution or transfer of prize except with Sponsor’s permission. If for any reason any announced prize (or portion thereof) becomes unavailable, Sponsor in its sole discretion may award a substitute prize/prize component of comparable value. Without in any way limiting the foregoing: (a) if the Game is postponed, the Random Drawing Sweepstakes Prize will be awarded so that Winner may attend the Game on the rescheduled date; (b) in the unlikely event that the Game is cancelled altogether, the Winner will receive a substitute prize or compensation being awarded in lieu of Game tickets. Non-check elements of Prizes are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash.
   
   Federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of Winner. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty of any kind that the amount of the check element of applicable Prize will be sufficient for Winner to defray the tax obligation that he/she has incurred in conjunction therewith. Winner will receive a 1099 tax form reflecting the fair market value of the corresponding Prize; and, Winner agrees to fully cooperate with Sponsor and its representatives as to Sponsor’s compliance with the corresponding governmental reporting requirement.
   
   SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE USE OF ANY PRIZE/PRIZE COMPONENT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. Conditions and Limitations of Liability: By participating, each entrant agrees: (a) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects; and (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless LFG NFTs, Corp, Autograph Promotion Partners, each of their respective advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, each of the foregoing entities’ respective parent, subsidiary, related, affiliated and successor companies and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in this Promotion or any Promotion-related activity, and/or from entrant’s acceptance, receipt, use or misuse of any prize.
   
   By accepting prize, Winner grants Sponsor and its designees permission to use their name, voice, likeness, photograph, prize information, biographical data and city and state of residence on a winners’ list and for programming, publicity and promotional purposes, worldwide in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation or notification, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor and its designees are not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All entries become the property of Sponsor.

10. Disputes: Arbitration/Choice Of Law: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or the award of prizes/determination of prize winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of JAMS, then effective (notwithstanding the foregoing, entrant shall not be precluded from seeking relief in small claims court for disputes/claims within the scope of the jurisdiction of small claims court and any remedies available to entrant under applicable federal, state or local law remain available to entrant and are not waived pursuant to this section); (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any and all rights to injunctive relief. The arbitrator hearing such dispute/claim/cause of action shall be neutral and the entrant will have a reasonable opportunity to participate in the selection of the arbitrator. Such arbitration will take place at a location near the entrant’s residence and the entrant has the right to an in-person hearing in the arbitration proceeding, if desired. The arbitration will allow for the discovery and/or exchange of non-privileged information between entrant and Sponsor. Should an entrant initiate arbitration pursuant to this section, the entrant shall be responsible for JAMS’s fees to do so (approximately, $250), with all other costs of such arbitration being borne solely by Sponsor. If entrant is a California resident and Sponsor is the prevailing party in such arbitration, such entrant will not be responsible for Sponsor’s costs and fees in conjunction with the arbitration proceeding; BUT, IN ALL OTHER CASES, ENTRANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH COSTS/FEES IF REQUIRED BY THE ARBITRATOR’S RULING. For the avoidance of doubt, the requirement to arbitrate disputes pursuant to this section is reciprocal and binding both upon entrants and Sponsor. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Released Parties in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine of New York or any other jurisdiction, and all proceedings shall take place in the City of New York, County of New York.
