To enter and participate in this Promotion, you must agree to and abide by these Official Rules.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU MUST HAVE INTERNET ACCESS, AN AUTOGRAPH ACCOUNT AND AN ACTIVE E-MAIL ACCOUNT TO PARTICIPATE.

Eligibility: The “Fandom at the Finals” sweepstakes (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence [generally, 18], whichever is older) and who have an Autograph account (at time of entry), active e-mail account and Internet access, as of May 14, 2024. Employees, officers and directors of LFG NFTs, Corp. (“Autograph” or “Sponsor”), Autograph Content Partners, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, related and affiliated companies, prize suppliers and the immediate family and household members of all such foregoing individuals, are not eligible to enter or win. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not. Potential winners will be required to provide proof of eligibility prior to prize award. 

Promotion Schedule: The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 14, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on May 30, 2024 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for the Promotion. 

Promotion Structure: The Promotion consists of a User Referral Contest. You must be a registered Autograph: Fandom Rewarded mobile application (the “App”) user (“User”) to participate in the Promotion. If you are not a User, you may become a User for free by visiting https://ag.fan/ (“Website”), downloading the mobile application and providing the requested information in the registration process. 

During the registration process, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional and reminder e-mails from Sponsor. Consenting to receive promotional and/or reminder e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed upon in order to be eligible to participate in the Promotion and does not improve your chances of winning the prize in the Referral Contest. In the event you do consent to receive these e-mails, the use of such e-mails shall be subject to the privacy policy of Sponsor (https://ag.fan/privacy), and you may opt out of receiving these e-mails at any time.

4. How To Enter:  If registered, you will receive a referral code directly through the App on your Profile page. You will receive one (1) entry in the Referral Contest for the first three (3) people who, during the Promotion Period, downloads the App to a smart phone and provides your referral code when registering for an Autograph account via the App. When providing the referral code to other persons via social media, be sure to include #AutographPromotion, so that the referred person knows that, in providing them with your referral code you are participating in a consumer promotion to advertise the Autograph: Fandom Rewarded mobile application. Receipt of referral entry may be acknowledged, but any such acknowledgment is not otherwise binding upon Sponsor under any legal theory. You will receive one (1) additional entry for each subsequent successful referral during the Promotion Period.

An entrant will not be credited with a referral if: (a) the referral code is not provided by the referred person at the time of registering for an Autograph account via the App; (b) the referral code is provided by the referred person but is incorrect or incomplete; (c) the referral code is used at any time other than during the Promotion Period.

5. ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS ON ENTRY: If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond Sponsor’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. In such an event, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the Promotion and award the prizes in a manner determined by Sponsor to be fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of the Promotion will be posted on Website and/or App. Without limitation of any other term herein, Sponsor is not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, technical failures of any kind (including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software), any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or referrals; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry/referral to be received/recorded on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation in this Promotion.

Entrants further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Promotion and/or prevent others from participating in the Promotion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE OR WEBSITE, TO SEEK TO DEFRAUD SPONSOR IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PROMOTION, OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION VIOLATES CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT (IF APPLICABLE), TERMINATE HIS/HER AUTOGRAPH ACCOUNT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. TAMPERING EXPRESSLY INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO ANY ATTEMPT TO OBTAIN REFERRAL ENTRIES OTHER THAN BY SHARING THE REFERRAL CODE WITH INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE PERSONALLY KNOWN TO THE ENTRANT AND WHOM ENTRANT REASONABLY BELIEVES ARE INTERESTED IN SPONSOR’S PLATFORM.  

6. Determination of Winners:  Prize winner will be selected via random drawing, on or about May 31, 2024 from among all entrants.

7. Winner Notification: Potential prize winners will be contacted by e-mail from Sponsor on or about May 31, 2024. With regard to the Referral Contest, Sponsor may list entrants (by username) on a leaderboard on the Website and/or App. Sponsor is not in any way bound by the contents of any such leaderboard and Sponsor reserves the right without liability or notice of any kind to modify the leaderboard at any time. Leaderboards may not be current at any given time, with Sponsor updating the leaderboards periodically at its sole discretion. Even if an entrant is listed as having the most referrals in the final leaderboard, he/she still may not be the potential winner of the Referral Contest Prize. An individual is not the potential winner of the Referral Contest Prize unless he/she has been personally contacted by Administrator via e-mail; screen-shots of the final leaderboard will NOT be accepted as proof of winning the Referral Contest Prize.

Potential prize winners may need to sign and return within two (2) days, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Indemnification, and a Publicity Release where allowed by law ("Winner Documents"). In addition to Winner Documents, Sponsor reserves the right to condition award of Referral Contest Prize upon establishing to their reasonable satisfaction that all referrals are bona fide, legitimate and authentic. If a potential prize winner does not respond to e-mail contact or if Winner Documents (including any additional material required of potential Referral Contest Prize Winner) are not returned to Sponsor within specified time period, potential prize winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected via the Random Drawing Sweepstakes or Referral Contest as per Section 6 above, time permitting. 

8. Prizes/Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):

Referral Contest Prize (1): two (2) tickets to a 2024 NBA Finals game, such game to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  ARV: $4,800. 

Actual final value of Prizes may be higher or lower based on Winner’s residence as well as other factors.

Prize Restrictions:

Winner must be available to attend the NBA Finals game; if Winner is not able to do so for any reason, prize will be forfeited in its entirety without liability of any kind and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. Prize is subject to  availability and other restrictions.

Tickets to the NBA Finals game are governed by a revocable, non transferable license, including prohibition on sale/re-sale, exchange, transfer, assignment, auction, barter, donation, placement into commerce or other form of conveyance.

Winner and guest must act in an appropriate and well-behaved manner at all times, including but not limited to during attendance at the game. Without limitation, the preceding includes abiding by all conduct, health and safety requirements of the arena (e.g., bag policy, security screening, list of prohibited items). If Sponsor determines that Winner and/or guest has acted in a disorderly or otherwise violative manner, Prize may be terminated without liability to Sponsor. 

In no event will Winner receive game tickets in excess of the number of guests actually accompanying him/her on the trip.

No substitution or transfer of prize except with Sponsor’s permission. If for any reason any announced prize (or portion thereof) becomes unavailable, Sponsor in its sole discretion may award a substitute prize/prize component of comparable value. Without in any way limiting the foregoing, if the game is postponed, the Prize will be awarded so that Winner may attend the game on the rescheduled date.

Federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of Winner. Each Winner will receive a 1099 tax form reflecting the fair market value of the corresponding Prize; and, Winner agrees to fully cooperate with Sponsor and its representatives as to Sponsor’s compliance with the corresponding governmental reporting requirement. 

SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE USE OF ANY PRIZE/PRIZE COMPONENT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 

9. Conditions and Limitations of Liability: By participating, each entrant agrees: (a) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects; and (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless LFG NFTs, Corp., Autograph Content Partners, each of their respective advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, each of the foregoing entities’ respective parent, subsidiary, related, affiliated and successor companies and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in this Promotion or any Promotion-related activity, and/or from entrant’s acceptance, receipt, use or misuse of any prize. 

By accepting prize, winner grants Sponsor and its designees permission to use his/her name, voice, likeness, photograph, prize information, biographical data and city and state of residence on a winners’ list and for programming, publicity and promotional purposes, worldwide in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation or notification, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor and its designees are not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All entries become the property of Sponsor.

10. Disputes: Arbitration/Choice Of Law: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or the award of prizes/determination of prize winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of JAMS, then effective (notwithstanding the foregoing, entrant shall not be precluded from seeking relief in small claims court for disputes/claims within the scope of the jurisdiction of small claims court and any remedies available to entrant under applicable federal, state or local law remain available to entrant and are not waived pursuant to this section); (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any and all rights to injunctive relief. The arbitrator hearing such dispute/claim/cause of action shall be neutral and the entrant will have a reasonable opportunity to participate in the selection of the arbitrator. Such arbitration will take place at a location near the entrant’s residence and the entrant has the right to an in-person hearing in the arbitration proceeding, if desired. The arbitration will allow for the discovery and/or exchange of non-privileged information between entrant and Sponsor. Should an entrant initiate arbitration pursuant to this section, the entrant shall be responsible for JAMS’s fees to do so (approximately, $250), with all other costs of such arbitration being borne solely by Sponsor. If entrant is a California resident and Sponsor is the prevailing party in such arbitration, such entrant will not be responsible for Sponsor’s costs and fees in conjunction with the arbitration proceeding; BUT, IN ALL OTHER CASES, ENTRANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH COSTS/FEES IF REQUIRED BY THE ARBITRATOR’S RULING. For the avoidance of doubt, the requirement to arbitrate disputes pursuant to this section is reciprocal and binding both upon entrants and Sponsor. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Released Parties in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine of New York or any other jurisdiction, and all proceedings shall take place in the City of New York, County of New York.
