Coins, Levels, Kudos & More!

Hello you College Sports maniacs! We’ve got some exciting and important product updates to share with you this week, so let’s dive right in.

Coins with Personality: Points have evolved into Coins, and now each Coin can be personalized with an emoji of your choice. Make your rewards uniquely yours!

There is a weekly limit of 1,000 FAN Coins an individual can earn through acts of fandom for any given week (across all teams). You can mix and match different fan activities to hit your 1,000 Coin max. Don’t worry, acts of fandom continue to accrue on your profile even if you have hit your coin max for the week.

Levels for Teams: Say goodbye to Tiers and hello to Levels! Now team specific, your Level is a true reflection of your fandom. Climb the ranks and show off your dedication to your team, or even multiple teams if that suits you!

As you collect FAN Coins, you can level up to different status Levels, kind of like leveling up in a video game. Users start at Level 1 and can progress up to Level 10 by earning FAN Coins through various fan activities.

Give Kudos: Use your Coins to tip content creators and show appreciation to your favorite Fanzone contributions. Kudos to YOU for supporting the community! You do not lose your Level by gifting coins through Kudos.

These three updates play a foundational role in how we track and reward your fandom. Coins will now be infinitely more dynamic within the Autograph ecosystem, and there are now ten (10) Levels you can attain instead of the previous four (4) Tiers.
